Sweet Drive!

Hello Everyone, Sorry it has been such a long time since we have posted anything. This last weekend we had a little time on our hands while enjoying the great weather we have been receiving and decided to go out for a nice relaxing drive. While out we choose to head East out of town out to Driggs, ID. Lovely views of Grand Targhee inspired us to drive up the canyon and check out the sights. Done with the views we got some lunch in town and continued the drive opting to make a big loop that took us further south to Swan Valley. It was a very nice and scenic journey that took us through several Mountain Passes and beautiful Valleys. Finishing our loop we passed Big Jud's where we plan to attempt the Big Jud.

The Joy of Midterms

Life in the windy city of Rexburg, Idaho continues to be full of fun and excitement... and school, and more school, and a little bit of work, oh, and did I mention school? But then, such is the life of the student...or students. Anyway, aside from school, things are going well. The weather occasionally gives us glimpes of bright and shining, snow-free vistas, and then once again dashes our hopes. Nevertheless, we remain faithful, and know that the end will come someday.

Valentine's/President's Day weekend was a pleasant reprieve, and both Tyson and Julie thoroughly enjoyed their Boise get-away. Now that school has started once again, however, time is short, and unfortunately, so is this entry. Ah well, more later...and hopefully more pictures as well. We have been sorely remiss in our photo-taking responsibilities.

Update!

Yeah it has been a while since the last time we wrote so we thought that it would be nice to share a few changes. Christmas came and went, we were able to head to Hailey and spend time with family. It was great so see everyone. And have a short but well needed break from school. Well now that we are back in school we don't seem to have a whole lot of time to do much other then our school, work and other meetings that we have volunteered for. But we did find some time to go out car shopping and with Dad Toussaint's thumbs up we made the choice to upgrade the car. Yeah it is another Jeep but it is a bit more trustworthy. Plus, it is automatic meaning Julie can drive, and Tyson can sit back and take a nap and not have to drive everywhere. We really enjoy it.

Spelunking!

Saturday's have been pretty relax around the house and with all the stresses of school there needed to be a break from the ordinary. Well caving it is... We along with Julie's sister Heidie and her roommate Marne took some time out of the day to explore the areas cave system. Past the Sand Dunes we found a road that lead us to the Civil Defense Caves. Even out on an adventure Julie and i couldn't pass up the chance to sit back and relax and enjoy a moment of silence.
